  Overall staff is average. There's only 1 or 2 employees that stand out. One being Ron, he's very friendly welcoming and actually seems to care about each customer who comes in.

  Just terrible. Takes forever just to drop off your package. They are extremely slow.

  We went in to get some quick copies made. No one asked if they could help us, no one offered any choices or information about making copies, prices or what options were available. We stood at the copy machine, confused on how to proceed, (like many others standing around, not knowing whether to go to the counter or ? We went in wanting regular copies of 4 pages, both sides. We got color copies on glossy magazine style paper, with faded ink for $10 and change. Seems a little pricey for simple copies. Their customer service was non-existent. Definitely not the service we received when we used them last year. We went to the the W. Sahara location in Las Vegas and will not be taking any further business to them. It was a very disappointing experience after years of great service.
