  Friendly and helpful staff, but note that the hotel charges $10 per package received/sent as a handling fee. All the locations on the strip do this. You’ll have to go off the strip to avoid being charged by the hotel. This location is located in the 3rd floor of Chelsea tower inside Cosmopolitan by the conference center.

  Shipped a package to the Bellagio where I was staying. Could not retrieve the package until Monday because the store was closed on the weekends. On top of this, they charged 10 dollars for signing for a package. Ridiculously bad service

  I recently had to use fedex at the Cosmo to have items delivered for my stay. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They delivered and picked up at my room and made receiving and shipping easy and fast

  Wow! Amazingly helpful at finding a lost work journal. The manager took the time to review security tapes in order to help. Thanks to them, a work crisis (lost passwords and workproduct) was avoided. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU.
