Location doesn't open till 12. Okay, the employees showed up almost an hour early and all I had to so was hit print once on the copier but had to wait in the heat instead.

Had a package sent here for pickup because it says they do that on the FedEx website for this location. I get a notification that my package is available for pickup. It just says in “Las Vegas, NV” so I assume it’s here. I arrive and I’m told the don’t do hold for pickup here. So I ask where it is then. They say to check my tracking, but I show that it just says “Las Vegas.” They tell me my package is at a hub 20 minutes away. So I drive to the hub only to be told it’s at a different FedEx location 20 mins back in the direction I just came from. Idk why the staff here couldn’t just help me out by looking up the exact location. They just looked at the tracking on my phone. Very unhelpful.
Second time using this location for printing a 16x20 foam board and legal size sheets in color for a birthday party. Print quality is excellent. I called and all staff I spoke with were very helpful and polite. Jessy (who helped me first over the phone) recommended sending out the 16x20 for “direct printing” to get the best quality. They were responsive on the phone and called me right away when my order was ready. When I picked up my order, Hailee (sorry if I misspelled her name) was very kind and helpful with the checkout. Highly recommend this location!
I am here several times per month to ship items and I am consistently impressed with the very helpful and kind staff members. I also appreciate that the prices feel much more affordable than the UPS Store.

Went at 853AM to print documents, one printer station was down and I waited patiently as one customer ahead of me printed her documents. My frustration is not with the customer but with the establishment for poor customer service. I’ve been to plenty of FedEx locations and this is far by the worst experience due to unprofessional and lack of support for the customers. I waited for 15 minutes to use the one printer that was up. I never received a “hello” or “good morning” all six employees on duty this morning sat behind the counter and handled other things and ignored the customers on the floor including myself. Once I finally printed after waiting 15 minutes, I spoke up and addressed the lack of customer service. As I spoke to another employee, Sheila spoke out of turn when I was not speaking to her and said “you could have asked for help” now is that how you treat your customers? Unacceptable.
