  This place is awesome. If you ever need something printed off, you just email them what you need. It’s very quick that people are always super nice, helpful and friendly.

  Printing services - Needed a small number of custom prints completed and had great customer service. He took care of it right away and handed me a quality product. Unfortunately, I needed some reprinted, but when i came back another day, the customer service was awful. Three hours to complete three prints, (almost) overcharged for services. Received no call to pick up when I was told it would take an hour. When I called to inquire, "We're bagging it up right now," - translation, they forgot. If you want it done and done right, ask for Scott.

  I just gotta say, from my experience, some of the nicest people work here. Management, give your people some props. I always walk away thinking about how great they are. As an employer, I’m jealous!

  They used to just let me drop off my pre-labeled packages at the counter, but now they make you stop at this self-scan table, and scan the packages yourself before they'll allow you to hand them off to the counter. I didn't realize that scanning a box was such an inconvenience to the workers that they'd have to make their customers do it instead.

  Location doesn't open till 12. Okay, the employees showed up almost an hour early and all I had to so was hit print once on the copier but had to wait in the heat instead.
