Everyone wants to help. Much activity there with trucks getting filled up, but there's always time for the customer. They help you scan, and they are a full service center. When the workers are in a good mood it is contagious.

Very attentive to my printing needs
The team members here are very lively, knowledgeable and extremely helpful! The lady who helped me I hate I didn't get her name, black lady with blonde pixy, she was an absolute pleasure.
Extremely Disappointing and Costly Experience
I had a very frustrating experience with FedEx Printing that directly impacted my ability to launch my business.
I ordered an outdoor sign that was required for a regulatory inspection. I made it very clear that this sign was time sensitive and critical for getting my business up and running. The store initially completed the order overnight, which I appreciated, however the sign was printed incorrectly.
When I requested a reprint, I was told it would take four additional days to fix the mistake. This alone was disappointing given the urgency and the fact that the error was on their end.
Then, to make matters worse, I received a call the next day from the manager, Araceli, saying they could not reprint the corrected version unless I brought back the original sign. This created an impossible situation, as I had already explained that I needed the existing sign in place to move forward with my inspection and business launch.
Instead of working toward a solution, I was left stuck between a delay and losing the only sign I had, both of which negatively impacted my timeline.
For a business that markets itself as a professional printing solution, this lack of urgency, ownership, and customer focused problem solving was extremely disappointing. When a vendor makes a mistake, especially on a time sensitive regulatory requirement, the expectation is that they prioritize fixing it quickly and minimize the impact on the customer.
Unfortunately, that was not the experience here. I would not rely on this location for any time sensitive or business critical printing needs.

I needed to print files off my phone and had no clue what I was doing. I got to the counter and explained what I needed and the wonderful woman walked with me to the copy machine area. I told her I had no idea what I was doing and had a head injury making things even harder for me. She kindly assisted me through the whole process. I let her use my phone to set up the file to print, she was incredible and professional. I was on my way in no time with her assistance. I could not have done it without you, thank you for your kindness and help!
