  Service is Awesome and so Welcoming. Very helpful & respectful employees, especially the short black woman with the short blonde hair, I don't know her name but she is sooooo sweet and thoughtful and very Beautiful I must say. Thank you all for being so kind to ALL the customers....

  This is the absolute WORST FedEx store! The people are so rude and beyond unhelpful…. especially the woman I dealt with yesterday ( she had a stud in her face ) if you’re wondering who she is!!! I can see why their rating is so low on Yelp! Do yourself a favor and shop another branch or better yet just go down the road to UPS where the people go out of their way to be helpful!!!

  This place is getting out of hand... Employees just standing around, you bring in your packages, they make you turn around and do their job by scanning it in and then taking it back to the counter (only went to this location because we missed the cut off at our normal shipping company)... We used to ship solely through FedEx... luckily this trend made us branch out which also saved our customers money on shipping... We primarily ship UPS now and take all of our packages to a shipping company... they see us pull up, they come out and help us... because they care... not just there for a pay check. Do better FedEx and your employees
