  Amari had the most atrocious service I have ever encountered in any shipping facility. Horrible attitude, non existent customer service, acted completely incompetent when my boyfriend brought in multiple boxes to ship with QR codes. Acted like him having to do his job was offensive. Labeled the boxes hideously sloppy, didn't apply any of the labels correctly. Couldn't even give a proper greeting or "thank you have a good day". An absolute wretched interaction, won't be returning to this location.

  We’ve been going there for many years. I have used this location, edits, inception, and even used it when it was in the airport. I’ve seen a few managers come and go, but the team here is exceptional. They’re in the lion stand current manager. Sean goes above and beyond to help with impossible situations having nothing to do with his location. Elaine is a fixture who is has a passion for people and she’s fastest. I’ve ever seen everyone there understands the task is this is an overnight service and therefore time is of the essence as well as accuracy. I can’t say enough good things because I am not the easiest customer to deal with, but they understand small business people and cater to them. I am seldom see an unhappy person in there everyone seems to be all about business and they are patient on top of it. Especially for the one timers if you mean business come here
