  FED EX IS AN ILLUSION!!!!! They have lied 3 times in three months and said I wasn't home. Well today * took off work, had both gates open and checked in hourly with their BOT phone service. They returned everyone of my 60th bday presents! THEY ARE LIARS AND when I called Yankee candle all they could do is reorder and resend through FEDEX??!!!! OVER 3 DECADES with Yankee Candle ....now you are CANCELLED, ALONG WITH ANY OTHER MERCHANT THAT CONTINUES TO USE FED EX'S MAKE BELIEVE DELIVERY SERVICE!!!! ITS ALL OVER THE INTERNET EVERYONE IS SAYING THE SAME THING. THEY CANG TRANSFER YOU TO A SUPERVISOR, IS THERE NO REGULATIONS ON SERVICES LIKE THIS? OR DID THE GOLD PLATED, WHITE TRASH EGOMANIAC, REMOVE THOSE TOO?!!!! LIARS!!!!!!!!???

  The most unfriendly staff. What's up with that?? Other locations around the city are very nice but not this on :(
