  I couldn't have had a better experience with Jonathon and the team at the FedEx Fontainebleau office. They didn't just handle my printing requests, but they also pointed out where I was headed in the wrong direction and suggested better solutions that worked extremely well. I also threw several last-minute print requests at them, and every one was delivered ahead of schedule so I had everything I needed on time. Across multiple interactions with different team members, each person exceeded my expectations. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

  These guys received one small, cheap package from the delivery person. They held on to it for <1 hour. When I arrived, they decided that it was fair to charge me $7 for their time and effort which when asked they were not able to be explain what actual time and effort went into this. No one at the hotel nor at Amazon, nor at FedEx advised me of any of this, and they were extremely bullheaded and did not offer any type of reconciliation.

  I don’t recommend using this office to overnight anything important. We paid over $150 and the package still hasn’t been delivered a week later.
