  I used to drop off packages here a couple of years ago with no issues. Came in today 2026 with a package that had a label already on the small box and paid for but they informed me saying that there is a $10 Hotel charge for dropping off a small box. Will not be back

  needed a roll down banner for a product launch I was hosting. I thought it would be simple task but when I went to Fedex office inside Cosmopolitan hotel, the staff could not find the right size and refused to help me. Fedex is not like this everywhere! I called the next morning and the staff at the Cosmopolitan Fedex office were amazing. They had my banner ready in 20 minutes and delivered it to me in under an hour! Best staff ever.
