  The team did an incredible job accommodating all my items shipped for an expo nearby. Both receiving and storing, and then helping quickly pack everything back up to ship back out. Wonderful experience with everyone involved . Thank you, team

  Well located deep inside the WestGate Hotel/ Casino is Not a plus. Staffing Help was very nice and helpful. Thanks guys. The above FedEx is a real franchise office but they have a secondary officer guess which is slightly closer to the convention area and a lot of these reviews apart from mine are bad because it’s not the franchise office it going to but his business office run by the west gate. So don’t get it to FedEx offices mixed up go to the farther one which has FedEx on the door and specifically handles FedEx packages not the in-house guess FedEx concierge like office.

  Worst customer service ever from the store manager Dustin. They delayed my package for more than 48 hrs on purpose. From the time I dropped off my package at this location he was acting very rude. 24 hrs after I dropped off the package the tracking number isnt showing anything. Suposed to be picked up already and the package is still at the drop off location. I called Dustin and all he said is that "unfortunately" they cant do anything about it. That my package will be delivered with a 48 hrs delay. Costing me a lot of money since I had to change my flight and pay for 2 more nights of hotel since I have to wait for the package to fly. At the call center they cant help me neither. I will escalate this case until I get my refund and all my extra expenses paid since it was the store manager mistake because thats his job and he wants to blame it on the truck driver.
