  Super easy to have, I feel like they have my back and that they don’t rip me off on the price for being a safe driver. Eric butwinicks office is one of the best offices whom I have ever had.

  My mother had a very bad experience with this Allstate agent, specifically with an agent named Liz. She contacted my mom by phone and, being Cuban like us, gained her trust and strongly convinced her to switch her insurance from State Farm to Allstate by making it sound like a great deal. The next day, after thinking it through, my mother decided to cancel the policy. Despite canceling almost immediately, Allstate did not refund the initial payment. My mother had to go to her bank to dispute the charge because she was getting nowhere with Allstate. To make things worse, two months later, my mother received a notice demanding $382, claiming she owed money due to the cancellation, and the account was sent to collections. This whole situation feels misleading and unethical. Be very careful with phone promises and who you deal with. What was sold as a “good deal” turned into stress, wasted time, and a collection notice. Ella contactó a mi mamá por teléfono y, siendo cubana como nosotros, se ganó su confianza y la convenció de manera insistente para cambiar su seguro de State Farm a Allstate, haciéndolo parecer una gran oferta. Al día siguiente, después de pensarlo mejor, mi madre decidió cancelar la póliza. A pesar de haberla cancelado casi de inmediato, Allstate no le reembolsó el pago inicial. Mi madre tuvo que ir a su banco para disputar el cargo, ya que no lograba resolver nada directamente con Allstate. Para empeorar la situación, dos meses después mi madre recibió un aviso exigiendo $382, alegando que debía ese dinero debido a la cancelación, y la cuenta fue enviada a colección. Toda esta situación resulta engañosa y poco ética. Tengan mucho cuidado con las promesas por teléfono y con quién tratan. Lo que fue vendido como una “buena oferta” terminó convirtiéndose en estrés, pérdida de tiempo y un aviso de cobro.

  Happy Holidays from Me to You. My review today pertaining to Allstate office Eric Butwinick and his entire team. I’ve been a long time member with Allstate and continue with this team because of their loyalty and commitment protecting me, my assets and making sure I’m safe. My coverage for auto and apartment insurance is never ending always there for me. Hence with the current cost of living increase and inflation I’m pleased although there has been an increase in my rates I feel that it implicate that with the increase my coverage and well being is safe and secure.
