  I was very worried when my package wasn't sent to the correct address . It was a very expensive Swarovski being sent from Japan. Thank god it ended up in the protective hands of Marissa. When I ended up calling dhl and getting Marissa I wasn't worried anymore! Marissa kept the package safe and even went as far as texting me that the package was safe. Marissa is obviously a wonderful person and a excellent business woman. She cares about her customers and goes over and beyond to help them. It's very hard these days to find people in customer service that care about the customer. Thank god for Marissa - she cares about her customers! I called her multiple times and everyone we spoke she was beyond helpful . I hope DHL knows what a gem they have in Marissa. Thank you Marissa for resolving this matter !
