  I came here to hold the Motorola 5G Stylus 2025 in my hand to feel the weight and durability of it because I heard the screen breaks easily. However, to my surprise, the display phone was attached totally flat and could not be held. In other cities and states, display phones are tethered with a cable allowing customers to hold them and feel their weight/durability. I appreciated the staff being upfront on pricing and not trying to upsale, but I think they should have offered to open one of the phone boxes to let me hold it since that is the whole reason I came here. Due to being unable to hold the phone, I was unable to make a purchasing decision and left without making a purchase.
