  Horrible horrible horrible! Do not get your phones or any of your network things here I prefer going to the Cricket Wireless on Rainbow and Lake Mead. The lady behind the counter with the red hair i think her name is Melissa tried robbing the store and taking my money and not giving me change and on top of that two or three days later after I paid my bill my phone's get shut off and I have to pay for my Hotspot again so I ended up paying $20 for Hotspot instead of $10 for Hotspot and didn't have my phone on for half a day and my husband's phone got shut off too. I even upgraded both our lines in the very next day my phone is cracked and she want to say it's the screen protector and it's clearly the phone . I told you very bad service.

  I purchased a bluetooth headset and it did not work. The customer service does not refund money or replace for products that are DOA. They claim that all accessory sales are final, even if the product is broken. This was not a cheap product so I am very disappointed.
