Her customer service was exceptional from start to finish—she was patient, friendly, and took the time to answer all of our questions without making us feel rushed. It’s rare to come across someone who goes above and beyond the way Leah does. She made the entire process easy, stress-free, and enjoyable.   Terrible customer service. I showed up at 7:50 PM for a quick transaction that would have taken 1-2 minutes. Even though it was before their official closing time and the neon 'OPEN' sign was literally still on in the window, the staff refused to help me and said they were closed. If you are going to stop serving customers before 8:00 PM, you should update your business hours and turn off your sign. Extremely unhelpful and a waste of a trip.

  Javier went above and beyond I went to seven different stores. Apple couldn’t figure it out. Javier took care and researched until he got it very outstanding work and appreciated when you go in ask for Javier.
