  I had a great experience at this location! The customer service was excellent, and Natalie was incredibly helpful. She helped me find everything I needed and showed me some amazing deals. Melissa was also very welcoming and clearly explained how to join. Everyone provided wonderful hospitality, and I highly recommend visiting this location!

  Avoid this location unless you’re just buying something. The girls here have no clue what they’re doing when it comes to adding or removing services. I was trying to add a new phone to existing service and combine two accounts into one. Mind you they created two separate accounts previously that they shouldn’t have. I was sent back home to get a phone belonging to the account so they could send a one time code. So after an hour of frustration I returned with the phone, however now they were explaining that the new phone I purchased, the sim was locked to another service and I would need to return the phone. I had enough of the incompetence and went up the street to a different Cricket location. The manager there had the new phone and account issues resolved in under 10 minutes. He didn’t need the phone I was told to go home and get and the sim issue was not an issue for him.

  I been with cricket for years we left and went to another phone company but we came back to cricket and since we have been back we been having nothing but problems with our phones now my daughter's phone doesn't work I am thinking of leaving cricket and not coming back thus should not be happening with new phones with the Samsung galaxy a16
