  Sinceramente las 2 veces que he ocupado hacer algo en mi cuenta me salen con que llame al 611 no han podido ayudarme con lo que ocupo que era dar de baja una línea, la vez pasada que eran prepago que no podía obtener el historial de mis llamadas Entonces no se para que ponen el personal si cuando uno viene te piden que solo llames y no quieren ayudar ellos

  Visiting Vegas for my birthday and these guys showed me so much professional courtesy and patience helping me figure out why I kept getting someone else pictures on my phone. Ended up getting a awesome new phone and couldn't be happier. Thank you Gene thank you Roxy!

  Leslie was wonderful and the customer service at this store with Leslie was such a great experience she was really helpful and patient with me on helping me with my new phone and transferring all my stuff and met all my needs. Awesome customer service definitely will be coming back to this store.
