  OMG Warning this store just shit on me tonight, they let me stranded with out line or mobile data ,I'm a truck driver so you guys can imagine,they tried to port in my number from a different carrier and they couldn't, they just charged me $40 with out the option of refund they just STOLE my $,they had a new store rep at the store which I get it ,she was on training I guess,but not even the store manager could help me giving me the round around,giving me excuses saying that was my phone issues and blah blah,but guess what store manager if you think your smart,you ain't, I worked for sprint back in the days,and I k ow my phone is unlocked cuz I bought it in cash,and she checked in your website with the IMEI that I was correct,so you dropped the ball and I promised you this review.new customers stay away from this store and their reps
