  These newer type phones are not "senior friendly" at ALL so thank God the people that work at the stores are very smart and friendly. I never know in some other type shopping place they will be rude and have no patience with " older" people but not cricket! Thank you Cricket!

  I went into this store this morning12/12/18 at 9am and the Hispanic girl in there was blasting loud music. I asked her if she sold SIM cards and she said no. I asked her how much a plan for unlimited was and she gave me some ridiculous number, that she made up off the top of her head. It was more re than their deal for four lines of unlimited. She was very hostile and acted like she didn’t want my business at all
