  Terrible service. The person who helped me today (June 17) provided awful service, questioning me about where I bought my phone as if I had stolen it, and didn't even help resolve my issue.

  Look, don't be fooled, all the good reviews that this manager has are fraudulent, they ask you to post them and what's more, they steal your information, these scammers should be in jail, they got mad at me because my phone stopped working after 10 days When I bought it, the manager spoke to me with very vulgar words, I don't know why Cricket gives this kind of people an opportunity, they should choose their people, they are a shame for the company Miren no se dejen engañar todos los reviews buenos que este manager tiene son fraudulentos ellos te piden que los pongas y es mas ellos te roban la informacion deverian de estar presos estos estafadores a mi se enojo por que mi telefono dejo de funcionar a los 10 dias que lo compre me hablo con palabras muy vulgares el manager no se porque cricket le da oportunidad a esta clase de personas deverian de escoger su gente eston una verguenza para la compañia
