  Recently added a line for my daughter at this location and had excellent service. Madison greeted me right away and was able to address all of my questions regarding my grandfather plan and how the billing would work out adding an additional line. Overall easy quick service with professional support.

  Paid my bill and obtained a replacement phone for my broken one. Yaritza and Julio (at the Charleston and Decatur Vegas location) were the cricket reps I spoke to and they were very helpful in assisting me with these objectives. 2 thumbs up. Highly recommended...
