  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a great experience at Cricket! I especially want to give a HUGE shoutout to Julio and Jesse. Julio was absolutely on his A-game! He was knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and really took the time to make sure everything was taken care of. You can tell when someone genuinely cares about providing great customer service, and Julio definitely does! And Jesse went above and beyond to help out and make sure everything was handled. The level of teamwork and customer service from both of them was honestly refreshing. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and pleasant. Julio and Jesse, thank you for going the extra mile! You both deserve recognition for the way you treat your customers. Cricket is lucky to have you two! 🙌🏽❤️ If you’re looking for great customer service, I definitely recommend this location!

  I came disappointed and left happier than before Angel and Melissa took time to listen to me and help me with all my problems and my phone and actually took action! This is the best costumer service I have received in years definitely going to be back with them 😁
