  I went today to get a phone and Kanssandra did not even ask if I wanted to get a case for the phone,screen protector and charger she just charged me for it and I said I do not need it and she said it come with phone with the package and I sow my receipt and she charged me for it.I'll be filling a complaint with BBB and FCC and the area manager

  Went to store get a new phone, exchanging a old one. Emelani the sales lady was great got me in and out in no time offered any assistant if I needed it
