  My experience at Armani Exchange was completely ruined because of Karina, the so-called manager. She is shockingly unprofessional - standing around gossiping about her own employees in front of customers like it's some high school drama. It was disgusting to witness and completely unacceptable for a manager at a brand like Armani Exchange. On top of that, she was unnecessarily rude and condescending to people who did absolutely nothing wrong. I didn't even bother confronting her because it was obvious she's not someone who takes accountability. If this is the kind of management Armani Exchange allows to represent their brand, it seriously damages their reputation. No brand can survive long with people like her representing it. Armani Exchange deserves better - and so do its customers.
