  I entered 10 after opening and I was told they weren't ready and that I had to wait. Another person entered and he was told they were still closed. I was finally called up to order 24 minutes after opening hours. The food is good but opening hours should mean you can enter and order

  I'll go over this quick: Service was fine, they told me 18 minutes, took em 30. But they were also swamped so I'm not gonna hold that against them. Food: The fries are good if you like soft fries. I don't mind, especially how hungry I was. The fries taste kinda weird if I'm honest, weird but good? They're like slightly sweet, then become salty. Idk it's different but pretty good. The chicken is serviceable, reminds me of B-Dubs but with worse sauce. The chicken taste itself without sauce is literally B-Dubs. Same taste to me. The sauces are mostly overpowering and smell strong, but taste alright. Overall pretty alright. I've avoided this place for awhile now on Maps cause of it's mediocre 2.5 star rating. I ordered in person as well, and I checked my food before I left the building cause of the other reviews I've seen. Would I come back? If I have no other option for fried chicken sure. Otherwise just go to Buffalo wild wings.

  This location has never gotten my order right. A few months ago the manager offered a refund but never actually refunded me. Today I waited extra time for my order, to get the wrong amount of wings completely soaked in oil so the flavor wouldn’t stick to them, the wrong sauce, and the wrong fries. Manager doesn’t even apologize or anything just says “oh okay” tried to give them one last chance. Will not be returning
