  On 1/29/26 I was at this UPS store and I was so impressed I wanted to make sure I gave you a rating. I’m 74 years old and I’m on Oxygen. I had three returns and I got a little confused and nervous. However, the gentlemen that helped me (I didn’t get his name) was so polite and patient It meant the world to me. I was nervous because of a previous experience at a nearby UPS store. Both women were rude and impatient. In addition, they charged me for Amazon labels, and even some tape (I’ve never been charged before by any UPS Store). I would recommend your store without hesitation. Thanks again.

  Couldn't find tape at home and guy was nice enough to tape it up, no charge. In and out in less than 1 minute.

  So disappointed with my ups box. I called for a price on mailing a box. Gave all the info to get a price, then went to the store to ship it, then they gave me a higher price, right then I said ok and then it was an even higher price. I told the girl that when my box came due again that I will NOT pay again for my box and she was like " that's fine ". No, I am so sorry. No, we value your business,..... just " that's fine" with a smile. What a stupid employee. They have also many times given me other peoples mail, they have lost my mail. TOTALY not worth having a box there
