  I work near this location - when I'm busy - I'm here a lot. This is a great location - the staff is friendly - sometimes the line is long but, they do a good job of handling it. I saw someone being helped - a couple of people came in line behind me - the co-worker asked how the line is without being prompted - came out and helped. I can't see how this location doesn't have a better rating. For a small location - they do a great job.

  Printers are down? Was told by the employee the system was down and they couldn't print. However, the technician in the store said everything was working, he had fixed it. Still drove to another location.

  When I mailed my cousins christmas gift, I was told by Judy that priority mail for $42 was my cheapest option because ground shipping was not available during this time, which is a bold face lie. I only realized that after I got home and googled it because it didnt sit right with me. During the holidays money is already tight and she upsold me shipping that was unnecessary just to turn a profit and it really hurt my wallet. Ill never come to this location again - these are very dishonest people.
