  This is the best UPS store in the area! I usually stop by in the early morning (mostly I do Amazon returns here), and it’s typically the team of ladies. They are awesome and so efficient! A lot of people visit this store probably because they’re so good here, so there is usually a line when I arrive. They get through the lines quickly and when a customer is at one of the stations but is not quite ready (kind of irritating, but it happens a lot), the ladies will take another customer at another station to keep the line moving. I have even seen on multiple occasions, one of the girls (I think her name is Stephanie) help out elderly ladies with things like Amazon returns since they don’t understand the app or just the technology in general. She is so patient and you can tell it means a lot to the people she helps. She never makes them feel dumb, she kind of treats them like they are her own grandmother which is really sweet 😭💛 Parking kind of sucks because there are only a couple spots directly in front of the store, and it can be difficult to back out since people are always coming and going to the Smiths right there. The other parking spots by the bank are really small and tight. But hey, UPS didn’t design this plaza or this lot, so you can’t blame them for that. If the parking is the only downfall to coming here, I can certainly live with that! Thank you UPS ladies for all you do! 10/10 highly recommended! 🫶🏼

  Good experiences dropping off prepaid packages and Amazon returns. No charges for either. Coupons provided on back of Smiths receipts from next door for different services.
