    So disappointed, I don't know what has changed about this Place I used the services here All the time just recently, literally last month, on may 18, someone in the store Lost my package or stole it. Pretended that they scanned it and said that the driver picked it up, and that I needed to file a claim with UPS and UPS says that I need to file a claim with the store. No one wants to help. I can't get past the pit bull that wants to protect the store Manager. store manager refuses to call me back, left several messages. I don't wanna go in cause I don't like confrontation. Try to call left messages for her to call me back. Just refuse, so now I'm out my money and my package. Do not do business with this location. So sad

    The ladies working at this location on April 30, between 1-6 PM, deserve 10 stars! I am not a regular customer, but dropped in yesterday to have them hold my luggage (they're s new Bounce! location). Apparently, I was the first person that these ladies had processed one of these transactions for. No problem, it took two of them about three minutes to figure it out. Very impressive. When I returned in the evening to retrieve my bags, I set down two shopping bags, retrieved my luggage, and left. When I had crossed almost the entire parking lot (it's a big shopping center), I turned to see what someone was yelling about. It was one of the young ladies from the UPS store, in her bright yellow shirt, running towards me with my shopping bags in hand! It was hot outside, the store could have retrieved my information from the luggage storage reservation, but instead, they went way above and beyond to make sure I had everything. While storing the luggage, I mentioned that I was on a lengthy travel layover. They saved me a huge inconvenience, and some money! The location is in a huge lot, with plenty of parking. There are three dedicated spots at the front door. The store is clearly marked. The interior is somewhat narrow, but very deep. The store is well-stocked, but not cluttered. There was adequate staff, with some up front, and some working on projects in the back. When I went in, the staff, all in bright-yellow shirts, were busy, yet still took the time to look up and greet me. Hmmm, I guess there are aliens out here! You ladies are first class!

    This store has been completely renovated and renewed. They’ve opened 20 min parking only in front of their store to allow easy access to customers in a very popular location. And twice I’ve been in for Amazon returns and the owner has been more than accommodating and helpful to me. Wonderful customer service.

    Really sad to give this review as I’m typically generous with 4 and 5 star reviews to most places I go. After calling to inquire about the process of returning a package that was delivered to me instead of someone else I was met with rude and snarky responses. Eventually I was invited to the store to correct the issue. The conversation ended in an argument, at the store, on whether or not their store is in contact with UPS corporate. I’m not inclined to trust a location who claims they have no communication with and operate completely independently of the corporate office. I’ve shipped hundreds of dollars worth of packages over the last few months through this store. If asking for assistance to correct someone else’s mistake for delivering the wrong package to my address is too much ask, another store will gladly take my business. I’m leaving 2 stars because I always like to see how a store will respond to feedback before giving a one star. If their reply is consistent with their other replies that avoids accountability, I’ll edit to a one star review.

    Absolutely do not take your packages there to drop off. They are the Worst they do not care. I dropped off a package last week to be sent out USPS. I put it in the box like they requested a week later. It’s just now being sent out of their office that is so incredibly unacceptable. One other time I dropped off a return to Amazon it never reached Amazon. It never was even shipped out from this horrible store. Do not even go there.
