  WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS!! Based upon my experience today, THIS LOCATION DOES NOT CARE about it's patrons AT ALL. I had an APPOINTMENT scheduled for notarization of a simple affidavit (using their website and online appointment scheduling). I received a confirmation email also. I was up all night and had not sleep as I was completing the course for the affidavit. I stayed up, and went to my 9:00 AM appointment . . . except, there WAS NO NOTARY THERE. I was told the "notary is on vacation . . . sorry 'bout that." Sorry doesn't cut it!! Why make me drive all the way out from Lake Las Vegas area just to be told your notary is on vacation?? Why put the ability to schedule notary services if you KNOW your notary will NOT BE THERE??? Also, WHY NOT CALL ME TO INFORM ME THAT YOUR NOTARY WAS GONE??? The store manager, "Jay" did call another location (MILES AWAY) and when I asked for them to waive the fee for the notary due to my time and gas expense driving all the way out there, it was a hard and fast "no." FINE, but now you can deal with another negative review. You wasted my time and gas, and you could not even so much as bother to call me to let me know that you had no notary. What kind of a UPS store is this??? Never mind; that's the last you will be seeing of me, E-V-E-R.

  We are new to the area & needed residency docs notarized before filing them with the county recorders office. Chris (their Notary) was extremely helpful by ensuring that we filled out our forms correctly & even looked up the proper information we needed for our tax forms. 👏 We paid $15 for each document Chris notarized. We couldn't be more satisfied with his service. He was very patient, helpful and kind. We'll be back!

  The new girl sucks. I’ve always had a great experience coming here until she started working here. I’ve interacted with her multiple times since she started, and it’s always been the same. I know she’s learning, but she takes forever. Every single time she goes to get my packages, she’s back there for a while, and I can hear her coworkers telling her she’s looking in the wrong spot. Also, she’s rude. She holds my packages behind the counter like I’m going to run off with them before signing, when everyone else has always just set them on the counter. Then she talks to me in a very condescending way, like I don’t know how to pick up my packages. She has never once said hello or greeted me—she just stares at me like I’m supposed to read her mind that she’s ready. The last time I was there, I had a fairly big package to pick up, and she DRAGGED it across the floor, barely past the counter. She didn’t ask if I needed help and just expected me to be fine taking it to my car. Like if you can’t carry it, how do you expect me to do it? The other people who work there have asked me if I needed help before and are so nice! Not her. This is not the experience I want for a simple task when picking up packages.
