  Staff has always been friendly and welcoming over many years.. What prompted me to finally sit and write a review is I just returned after dropping off an Amazon return .I had issues with the amazon label (discovered there when opening the email) and the staff were extremely helpful and provided a package ,too,when it wasn't needed. (They could have charged $1). I always go to this location even tho its a bit further than the one in GVR near Smiths. I wish I knew their names it was one younger tall fellow and a female .. Cheers

  The staff at the store go out of their way to be respectful and courteous at all times as well as making sure your needs are met to the best of their ability I could not ask for a better place to go to with the best staff ever I will go out of my way to come back to the store

  The store on windmill and Pecos has an outstanding staff. I am disabled and drive my handicapped cart to the store. They are kind enough to meet me at the door, take my package and bring my receipt to me. When I go into the store there is hardly any waiting and they open the door for me when I leave. They know what customer service really means.

  I love the customer service I receive when I come in. No matter my obstacle my people at this UPS Store have an answer.
