  8-21-26 at 2pm. Worse experience in an ups! The girls were rude and did not want to help. Every question was answered with,”I’m just shipping, I don’t kno anything after that@ and proceeded to pack my stuff up. I asked if this was right and he reply was the same. And let’s start with she went to the back while helping me and I hear her coughing like she’s definitely smoking. So when the other lady was done helping a customer, she ignored me and went to get the other rude girl. Very disgruntled customer. Really wish this review made an impact because I’m literally outside the place typing this 😡

  Nope. Couldn’t find our package and when they did, charged double for package pickup and hadn’t even been 24 hours.

  The lady at the register with really long hair is very rudd everytime I come in. The worst attitude. No greeting, just what dontou want. Then continues to make you feel stupid for not knowing where to find the tracking number.

  These useless individuals lost my package I sent back for work. A laptop and a monitor. When I returned the package, their print all of a sudden went down so I couldn’t get a receipt. Upon returning the day after, they were still unable to provide a receipt. Now my previous company is stating they never received the laptop and monitor. Don’t trust these incompetent people with tasks to ship valuable items.
