  Great experience every time I visit our neighborhood UPS STORE in Anthems / Seven Hills, located next to VONS in Anthem Village Center ( 2505 Anthem Village Dr E, Henderson, NV 89052 ). Eric and Nadia consistently deliver outstanding service across the board—from printing and copy services to efficient and reliable mail processing. Today (4/2/26), Nadia went above and beyond with my Cool JAZZ YouTube Channel badges—handling the printing and laminating with exceptional attention to detail and care. The final result looked fantastic, and the turnaround was seamless. It’s rare to find this level of consistency, professionalism, and genuine customer care. I highly recommend this UPS STORE location to anyone in the area, and I’ll definitely be returning for future projects.   I don't usually write negative reviews but in this case, I am extremely disappointed. December 9th, my husband and I were in the process of moving from Henderson,Nv to Texas and shipped out over 10 packages to our new location, all made it except for 1 package and to this day the tracking number still show label was created but not arrived to UPS. Which is false because it was created in the store with the package to ship. My husband called this location several times with no help and was blown off when we physically went to talk to them in person. When we finally made a claim the email we got back was it was already shipped and they can't do anything about it. Not only did my package get lost it was the most expensive to ship out of all the packages, well over $400.00. Again, I am just highly disappointed with this location as well as UPS as a whole. This is the tracking #, if it can be located, it would be great appreciated. 1Z672VF30333641125 Update: I've sent two separate emails to the provider email and have not received any resolution.
