  Customer service is always amazing at UPS store 4017 in Henderson, NV. The ladies there are always sweet and helpful

  This UPS store is the worst UPS customer service. They do not take USPS returns like every other UPS store. I brought a Zappos return which did not tell me to tape the package so I left it untaped. She proceeded to tell me it has to be taped and would cost $1.09 for the tape. Run from this place! They are also not friendly. I agree with others, if I could leave a negative number, I would do so too. I very rarely leave a negative review but felt obligated to do so for this place. Buyer beware!

  These Butch ladies are so uneasy to work with they charge for every little thing, including tape which I generously bring my own every time and this lady Cathy did not take my Amazon package return. I come several times to many locations and I’ve never experienced this before of service they’re so unfriendly they don’t even want to help you and it shows not only in their appearance but in their attitude, I highly do not recommend this place go somewhere else they will be reported to other places because of their poor customer service
