  I would leave a negative review if I could. I’ll call the lady butch for the sake of the post.. she grabbed the return label I provided and snatched it from my hand rudely…then asked if I wanted a tracking number. I said yes if it’s free and if not I said I’m sure it will get there. She proceeded to tell me “that’s rude”. I said really she said ya that’s rude. I thought she was joking so I looked at her staff and said this lady has jokes today. She then proceeded to tell me no it’s not a joke it’s rude. I said how is it rude if I didn’t know. She said because it’s rude. I said whatever lady rudely back to her. She then tried to say something else I said ok lady ok lady. She then said have a great day condescending. Replied ok lady ok lady. She said as I am walking out find another ups store I said ok lady ok lady. She did this with other people in the store. If she’s so mad about having her job get a new one…..

  They refuse to do their job when it comes to business package drop off. It doesn't matter if you bring it in the front, in the back or if you wait in line, they refuse to serve if they have any other customers. I said I'd wait patiently.... I need a receipt. Then they want to act like shipping isn't a labor job as if the requirements aren't lift 50+ lbs. The bags are not even 50 lbs... Completely dismissive.

  So by just visiting the store not only were we getting notary service $30 per of is not standard prices. If you have AAA it’s free. Lol but also this place is not kid friendly, I get it’s a small store but being discreet and respectful to all customers.
