  I am working in Las Vegas and had no idea how to send the parcel and no packaging at hand. Everything was avaliable in store, and the proccess explained well so thank you for a great experience at Lake Las Vegas UPS Store.

  I just wanted to take a moment to share how much I absolutely love this UPS Store location! Honestly, this place is the best. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with such friendly smiles and professional service—it truly makes my day. I’ve been to a few UPS Stores before, but this one stands out above the rest. The staff here are not only super friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure everything runs smoothly, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their customers. It’s such a pleasure doing business here. Whether I’m shipping a package, picking up some supplies, or just asking questions, I always leave with a smile. The atmosphere is welcoming and upbeat, which makes the whole experience enjoyable. I just wanted to say thank you to everyone at this store for being so awesome. You make something as simple as running errands feel like a treat.   Go down the ramp where you see the loading dock, turn left into the parking garage. Walk back to the loading dock and go up the stairs. Go through the doorway, turn slightly right and go up the first street on your left. The store is on your left about 100 yards down.

  Nice location for Lake Las Vegas residents or those visiting the area that need to use their services. This location is always very clean, and the staff is always friendly.
