  This is the best UPS Store I’ve ever visited. Jing Jing, Noah, and Brittany consistently provide the friendliest customer service I’ve experienced. They’re always welcoming, happy to help, and I’ve even seen them go outside to assist customers with heavy packages. It’s the kind of genuine, small-town hospitality that’s hard to find these days. As a Lake Las Vegas resident, this has become one of my favorite weekly errands. I usually drive over in my golf cart with my dogs, and Jing Jing always lights up when she sees little Rocky and happily holds him while helping me. Noah even brings out a bowl of water for my dogs on these hot summer days. Those thoughtful touches mean so much. Whether you need Amazon returns, shipping, printing, or a notary, I can’t recommend this location enough. Thank you, Jing Jing, Noah, Brittany, and the entire team for turning an ordinary errand into something I genuinely look forward to every week.

  Excellent customer service! Staffs were very friendly, professional, and made the entire process for shipping out my package quick and easy. The Staff at the front were helpful, answered my questions, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly. Highly recommend this UPS Store!
