There’s only one staff working today but despite the lack of staff he was kind and very helpful.

Wow… Give Brandon Johnson a raise! Not only was he incredibly thorough when explaining costs and shipping times, but he also made sure everything is packed and taped securely. On top of that, he’s genuinely kind, welcoming, and clearly takes pride in helping people. Having just moved here, I’m still figuring out my “go-to” spots, and I can confidently say this location will be my go-to for shipping.

Brandon was wonderful. He helped me put stamps on all my wedding invitations, and he seems like such a genuinely kind person.

Unsure why there are so many bad reviews, but they have been awesome every time I have gone. I go out of my way for this location.

The woman behind the counter with red hair, was very rude and unprofessional. I have never seen such a poor attitude at a UPS store, ever. I will never be back to this business.
