  Wow… Give Brandon Johnson a raise! Not only was he incredibly thorough when explaining costs and shipping times, but he also made sure everything is packed and taped securely. On top of that, he’s genuinely kind, welcoming, and clearly takes pride in helping people. Having just moved here, I’m still figuring out my “go-to” spots, and I can confidently say this location will be my go-to for shipping.

  Unsure why there are so many bad reviews, but they have been awesome every time I have gone. I go out of my way for this location.

  The woman behind the counter with red hair, was very rude and unprofessional. I have never seen such a poor attitude at a UPS store, ever. I will never be back to this business.

  Frank makes it happen everytime I have been to the two UPS stores here in Henderson NV 89011 off Lake Mead (both stores on LM) He is very knowledgeable with technology and is so very happy to help us all with our stress, he melts it away….Frank is your key employee and he’s a keeper, he’s the kind of team player you want to take good care of, he deserves to be acknowledge big time…he will cut his lunch short just to take care of his customers 🫶🏻. Your business gets a 100% in staffing your teams for us… I thank you and I thank Frank for always taking good care of me everytime I need help! He might not remember me when I come in but I remember him from day one! World can get rude at times I have never seen Frank being rude! 🥰
