Not a fan of the kiosks. Interface is not as helpful as I need it to be. No way to get a foot long cold cut combo with oil and vinegar? I'm not coming to subway to spend 20mins learning how to push somebody else's buttons...

Walked into the restaurant and was immediately directed to order from the kiosk …. No hello hi how are you nothing…. Took three times as long watching them constantly look up at the screen to read the order what ever happen to just talking to people and saying what I want… now I have to trust the computer was correct then that the person making it was correct after reading a monitor…. Just felt like I was a hassle to help and not a customer … won’t ever order in the store
