  Husband ordered on line 2 12” subs. Both sandwiches were the wrong bread, got banana peppers s/b lettuce and came with mayo that wasn’t on the order. Screwed up both subs. Phoned to let them know and they said don’t know how the wrong ingredients got on the subs! 🤯 Would remake if we brought them in was their offer. Not going back! Second lousy Subway in Henderson!!

  The food was fresh, delicious, and made exactly how we wanted it. The customer service was outstanding friendly, welcoming, and attentive from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back! ❤️🥪

  Came in to the manager giving attitude to a gentleman and I tought I was going to get better lock with the other employee and all I ask was for a type of meat and I get an attitude as well.I come get to pay for a meal that should include great costumer service. If an employee is having a bad day leave your problems outside the door don’t take it out on your customers

  The sandwich creator did great. I asked for mayo on both sides of the bread and he gave me extra tuna like I requested. I had the sandwich of the day deal. Definitely will go back. Store was clean. Prepp area was clean and well stocked.
