I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Subway location. The female employee wearing black-framed glasses who served me was incredibly rude and seemed visibly irritated while dealing with customers. I honestly can’t remember the last time I experienced customer service this unpleasant.
I understand that customers may not always be familiar with every item on the menu, and asking questions should not be treated like an inconvenience. Instead of being helpful or patient, she made me feel uncomfortable simply for asking about the menu.
If someone is unhappy being at work, they should not take that frustration out on customers. An employee’s attitude directly represents the business, and behavior like this can seriously damage the reputation of an otherwise good location.
Management should really pay attention to how customers are being treated here. This was definitely not the level of service I would expect from Subway.

Small shop. On Sunday there was only 1 employee. Yet, a good place to eat
Sometimes its good, sometimes its bad, just depends on when you go, realize just because there is not a line does not mean they are not busy, UBER eats has priority, one customer in line and I waited 30 minutes, she was alone and was doing to-go orders and serving the customer at the same time

OK, I went in a new person working and I was like no problem. I ordered my food right then when it comes to pay, I told him I have a code and it’s on my phone and I try to show him. He’s like no you only have two dollars that is that’s what I’m seeing here and I’m like no I have a code and he was like no you don’t and then I ended up paying the full amount even though I was telling him no, I have a code. I felt like he was gonna fight me. I felt weird. I just paid and left And I think it’s the same old gentleman everybody’s having a problem with
