  Gabe was the only person in the building when we came in, about 15 minutes to close (our mistake, we thought they closed later.) I watched Gabriel single handedly made 9 sandwiches in about 15 minutes. He was apologetic, and kind, but he did not need to apologize! He did a great job, especially by himself. Scheduling a single employee at any time increases work load on the employee and wait times for customers, not to mention the safety risk of only having one person in the building. I hope management listens to feedback from both customers and I’m sure their own employees, and makes the decision to run their business appropriately. I will also be calling management in the morning to make sure Gabriel is recognized for his effort!

  So I came here with my partner to pick up their online order, so there's only one employee here and it's her second day, what the hell kinda scheduling is this, it's more annoying because you have these worker explaining away the scheduling manager's dumb decision to leave 1 person, alone on their 2nd day, and late afternoon after a lot of people are off work just trying to eat , oh and your employees who represent your store to do their best, someone else finally came in and hopped right on it. Don't even wanna let you know when this occured because I guarantee you the manager or whatever will chastise the employees, not himself. How embarrassing. I assume this isn't a corporate store but Subway should be embarrassed by this. People come here and support the employee effort not the managers because he clearly didn't put thought into his employees well being or his store image.

  I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Subway location. The female employee wearing black-framed glasses who served me was incredibly rude and seemed visibly irritated while dealing with customers. I honestly can’t remember the last time I experienced customer service this unpleasant. I understand that customers may not always be familiar with every item on the menu, and asking questions should not be treated like an inconvenience. Instead of being helpful or patient, she made me feel uncomfortable simply for asking about the menu. If someone is unhappy being at work, they should not take that frustration out on customers. An employee’s attitude directly represents the business, and behavior like this can seriously damage the reputation of an otherwise good location. Management should really pay attention to how customers are being treated here. This was definitely not the level of service I would expect from Subway.
