  My relationship with Allstate started in New Jersey. So for the past 40 years I have been a loyal customer. Since relocating to Nevada 12 years ago Mark Baker has been my insurance agent. He is not only professional, he is kind and extremely considerate. His authenticity goes above and beyond to ensure every situation is handled with accuracy and concern. I've considered changing insurance companies over the years but realize sometimes you pay a little extra for peace of mind. And should a problem arise I am confident from experiences with Allstate I know exactly what to expect and how I will be treated. Unfortunately I can't say the same about their competitors.

  There was a clear explanation and break down of the contract. No run around and confusion. I was able to make a clear decision and agreement on my quote. Highly satisfied transferring to Allstate.

  I have never had any problems in contacting my Allstate agent when I had a question. Their service is completely efficient. I also added Roadside Service at a low price.
