  Poor customer service. I received opened and damaged packages by FedEx. Everything would be okay but the order was wrong. I bring this package for return. Lady behind the counter has issue with my return, because package was damaged and opened. I said “I received in this condition. Exactly! I don’t have any good experience with FedEx in my life. FedEx did many damages through the years. I prefer UPS.

  First time trying out this location. When you walk in, there’s no “hi, welcome in”. In fact there was no communication whatsoever. I’m standing in front of the counter and this one woman with reddish brown hair makes eye contact, no smiles, just glances over at me and continues helping another person. Then she calls for next in line. I didn’t see anyone so I stepped to the counter and not seeing there were two other people in line behind this display. Wow. How hard is it to say “hello, welcome have a line over here” ? I guess it’s extremely difficult for her to want to be a kind person and actually provide good customer service. She will for sure attract that negativity right back. I will say that the woman who helped me did not come off the friendliest but she was patient and helpful while working with me.
