  2 days in a row I have asked for a toasted sandwich and she puts it in for maybe half the time. My normally hot sandwich is cold as hell

  Ordered 5 sandwiches online was given 12:20 pickup time. When I arrived they told me the online orders hadn't been started because the line was too long. So after watching more customers come in and be helped I decided to get in line. When I reached the front of the line the young lady refused to fill my order. Even though I waited in line and was my turn. I wil never come here again!

  I made a door dash delivery and I was missing some items. It took 5 times of me calling to finally get someone to answer the phone. Whoever the girl was that answered the phone on the last call at 11:55 am was completely disrespectful. Stated that she had a full lobby and was unable to talk about my order and that I could come in with my respite and discuss what I was missing. Plus my sandwich was not made correctly as well.

  Mom went in and waited for someone to come to the counter and after 5 minutes called out to get someones attention in the back and one of the worker came up glaring not even a greeting. Didnt even get her sandwich toasted and he didnt even offer and she just wanted to get her sandwich and go at this point because of his bad attitude.
