  Front desk lady was rude. We (grandkids and I) were kicked out of the pool, because "that's the rules". Rooms were VERY clean. Cleaning crew did a great job! Again,check in gal was rude. Also, leaving hotel was a pain. Everything we wanted to go to was left turn but had to go down a block, u turn and go back around.

  No television - they said it was being worked on & 4 days later, still nothing. They don't clean the rooms unless you make an appt. Shower very difficult to work. In dire need of upgrades.

  I stay in the Reno area twice a week for work, and the only hotel I like more is the Atlantis. The staff is some of the friendliest I have seen in any hotel! The free breakfast is better than most hotels; easily in the top three I've seen in Northern Nevada, and certainly the best for this price range. And to top it all off, it's close enough to walk to the Walmart if I need something, (which I have done.) If you're in a utility vehicle or box truck, you can park at the Walmart if the hotel lot gets full. (Plenty of parking for normal cars.)

  My only 2 complaints are that beds are very firm, which for me was not comfortable. The second was that there were no elevators. I must have missed that in the listing. So, if you get booked on the second floor, hopefully your luggage isn't heavy.

  Horrible moldy smell in the room and evidence of bed bugs. Front desk wouldn’t do anything but ask if I wanted air freshener, then was pretty rude when I left for a different hotel 10 minutes anfter checking in. I should have read the other reviews before booking. Avoid this place and this chain at all costs. EDIT- Hotel manager and corporate will not refund or do anything. Say that there was no evidence of mold, smell or bedbugs. Liars.
