  Went in and was told there was no turkey! I was ok with that but then asked if I can have a sandwich without the turkey and was told NO, they can’t minus out the turkey and make the rest of the sandwich. Unfortunately we use this place for my work and for personal lunches I will definitely be telling my office NOT to use this place for sandwich’s. I was appalled! I will go to the downtown business from this day forward. Very very disappointed because to my knowledge it was the manager who told me that! Today date 2/28/26. My other friends came and was told they were only to do an online order?? Very very disappointed

  The glass on the meat and veggie case is disgustingly dirty. It made me not want to order anything. The gas station in general is pretty dirty and gross.

  This store refuses to take in person orders at the counter due to "low staffing". And they hold true to the pick up time which is 20 minutes from placing the order. Even though they have no customers in the shop, and aren't filling any orders, they refuse in person service or filling order before the pick up time. Next stop for this shop is likely going to be closed since pass thru customers can't quickly spend money here.

  Avoid this place. Just bought a 5 meat 6” Bread was totally stale and fell to crumbs, cucumbers were soggy, idk how that happend Oilives are dried up and stale and the roast beef and turkey had hard edges. The girl with the mask on acted like me ordering food was bothering her day. Horrible.
