  We made an order before the store opened, plans changed very last second and we needed to cancel. We tried over and over to do it online, tried to call the store over and over to get this canceled so no one had to waste time making the sandwich. The number online is a disconnected number. All other numbers we tried would ring 1 time and hang up, so we drove to the store to get this taken care of and when we arrived we met with "Sandra". Who did nothing but feed us a bunch of lies. Ok we understand we have to cancel online, we tried and it wouldnt let us, can you help navigate us to do it online? Nope, call corporate. Ok can we get corporates number? Nope dont have it. Ok can we talk to your manager? Nope dont have one. Ok who owns this store? Idk its under new ownership. Ok and you dont have a single manager who works here? Nope. This was a wild and crazy unprofessional experience and I do not recommend going to this store.

  I ordered a sandwich from this store by accident. You cannot call the location, the phone does not work. I have requested twice a refund for this sandwich and I have yet to hear from anyone. There is no way to call the corporate office either to report an issue. I am very frustrated with this location.

  The property manager needs to do something about the ventilation from the nail shop next door. I can't see how your employees spend a whole shift in there.

  Spicy Italian - worst I’ve ever had from a Subway. My stomach is doing back flips now too.
