food’s fine, unfortunately can’t trust them to get your order right if you’re placing through the app, i recommend ordering in person at the counter to physically ensure they make your sandwich right.

Everytime I order online, my food is never done on time. Multiple time's I've come in to pick up my order, there is one lady in particular, a smaller older woman who is there. My stuff is never made, not even started. And then while I'm standing there waiting for my pick up order, she continues to serve the people who are walking into the store instead of making my pick up order. I waited almost an hour once, and the second time I waited 45 minutes over. This is absolutely ridiculous. Pick up orders should be ready for pick up at the pick up time. I'm mostly upset at the fact that I came in to get my pick up order, and she continued to serve the people coming in instead of making my pick up order. The place has horrible customer service.

The old lady served us on 04/07/2026 at 8:20 pm. We ordered 2 12” veggie Delite Sub. One with avocado. She used less than a quarter of avocado for 12” bread. I asked her to do it correctly. She refused. We paid for less amount of food.

I've been to this location twice now, and this is by far the slowest Subway I've ever been to. The first time I came here a guy was in training and honestly had no idea what was going on and made my sandwich wrong until he got told how to do it. This time, 2 other people were in line and both left because it took so long to make one person's order. One of the guys left because he did a mobile order and it still wasn't ready, and I was in there for like 20 minutes waiting to order and it was just so slow for no reason.
