  If I could give 10 stars I would. Nicole has been nothing short of exceptional when it comes to her level of customer service. Dealing with her has always been a pleasant experience. She is kind, informative and so helpful. When I first came to her through a referral from a friend of mine, I was a bit skeptical due to my frustration with my previous insurance company and thought it would end up with the same type of treatment from them as most insurance companies/employees are pretty much the same. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that Nicole is one of the few who really cares about her clients and will go above and beyond to make sure that you get what you need! She would even wait til the very end of her day and even stay over a bit late to call me when I would get off work to discuss my policy options and even helped me with getting my previous insurance company to payout the remainder of my homeowners insurance policy I’d already paid them for. Every person I have spoken to in this office has been kind and helpful and I’m so glad I found them!
