Worst service. I was suppose to have next day shipping but it was late and was changed to weekday only. I work full time and am not there weekdays. I set a vacation hold until a weekend. It says it’s expected to be delivered Monday. Instead of delivering it (I had someone at my home all day). They decide to just send it back even though it says it’s expected to be out for delivery that day. The customer service person was rude and no help. The place I ordered from was unable to stop the return because fedex finalized it. Thank for ruining my daughter’s Christmas. Her main present was that package. This company sucks and I’m glad the company is using ups for the next order. I absolutely hate this company for what they’ve done. Disgusting and rude behavior right before the holidays !!

Do not ship from this location.. The woman seem very lost and make sure you keep the tracking number..They lost my Express package..and without it you areloose the tracking number you are Sol!!!

Carson location has no idea what they are doing they always miss deliveries lie about attempting to deliver when people really count on there services.
