  I have been using this ups store for the longest time I have never been mistreated by any of the staff members they greet coming in to and wishing me well leaving please remember stores are operated independently

  The service was terrible. I was trying to return an amazon item that did not come in a box just wrapped in plastic and the female employee was very rude. Saying its not her problem AND she has a line and then co tinted to bypass me a customer without a second glance. For a small town the customer service at this location was the worst I've ever been to.

  Lacy levin lowrana they are amazing associates very kind. They greet you when you come in they tell you to have a good day and Lacey is very knowledgeable. She needs to be a manager.

  By far the worst UPS in all of Vegas, I'm not surprised they have a terrible review, they didn't want to give my family 2 packing slips they complain if they have to do any work, stay away from this UPS Go to any other location will be better

  Always quick service and very helpful and courteous staff. I have never had anything but the best customer service 100% of the time.
