  It was a busy morning but Naveah was able to hussle and keep up. She did a great job. The food was fresh and service exceptional. I'll definitely go here again.

  We had a delightful lunch at this location. Brittany and Rachel were friendly, cheerful and were able to make our sandwiches just the way we ordered in a timely manner. The place was clean, as were the restrooms. Very enjoyable stop.

  Went in on the 11th and the lady who identified herself as the manager was on her phone the entire time I was in line, while serving me, and speaking with someone else, using profanity. Very unprofessional behavior. It is not difficult to pause a call to attend to a customer. Unfortunately, this is not the first instance. I decided to address the issue because it occurs every time I visit this location. I do not have transportation, so I ride my bike here, or I would discontinue my visits due to the disrespect displayed by this manager. Being a manager does not place you above others, as you should still be required to adhere to the established rules and procedures. Please maintain a professional demeanor by refraining from using your phone and keeping private conversations confidential, as your company should prioritize the customers' experience..
