  We only stopped at the Subway because we had a gift card but I’m so glad we did. Nate took care of our order for my fiancé and parents and was so sweet. His customer service skills blew us out of the water and he made sure to get everything on our order correct. Thank you Nate for helping us out!

  I placed a mobile order here and while the app didn’t update to say my order was ready (it rarely does) I went at the time the order was specified to be ready by. I stood off to the side and waited for the woman behind the counter to finish making the three sandwiches she was working on for someone else. I can see my order sitting on the back counter so I just wait as she is already assisting someone. A man came up after me and got in line. Multiple times while I stood there, I answered questions/requests my daughter lobbed at me with, “No, we are just here for our mobile order.” I know I said it loud enough for even the other patrons to hear. When she finished with the woman she was serving I asked, “May we just have our mobile order?” Again, mind you I can see the bag. I’ve already paid. The sandwiches are already made. She ignored me and went to the other side of the counter, so I asked, “Ma’am?” She said, “Yeah, you can wait.” And called up the man who came after us. Only when she could see the man hesitated when starting his order and I was visibly agitated did she ask the name of my order and confirm the last four of my phone number. Then shove the bag at me and cut me off mid-question to tell me to have a good day. When I asked again, “Are the milk and applesauce in the bag?” She cut me off again to throw over her shoulder, “It’s all in there.” Never again will I go to this location.
