  I feel like i brought a lot of business to them and I always thanked them a lot since I have no ability to get a lot of stuff done without them.Always felt thry charged way too much to print out return labels. A young lady there is really fast and good with the Hapoy Returns process. Mostly a good experience until the other day when nothing was working, which happens ( the Happy returns wasnt working and the guy kept telking me he couldnt see or print the many labels I sent). So i tried resending them and waiting but then I had to make it to an apt and I just kindly said that i had to make an appt and would be back. I came back an hour later and was berated for resending labels and the owner clearly implied I was lying about the number of labels she printed for me. I was finally able to complete my happy return after 3 employees and 3 times having my code scanned and got a receipt for that but I sent out 3 boxes and 2 other bags of returns that i got no printout for. I understand that technical issues happen and staffing issues occur but I was sad, given how often I go, to not just be treated poorly but accused of lying. I have no choice but to go back whrn in Taos and I guess it is just going to be uncomfortable which sucks in a small town

  I needed to print some things from my laptop. Internet is spotty in this area (Taos, NM). Staff members were very helpful getting my laptop connected and instructing me on the printing process.

  Only Mondays your open at 0800, every other day you open at 1000... thats some bull. Weak lame hours. I have no interest in being stuck in Taos. For hours just to bring a box to the drop off location. I ponder if this picture is current on your hours, if so you need to update your website information.

  The UPS store in Taos has been amazingly helpful in this last month as I’ve moved into a new . Each member of the staff that I’ve interacted with, and I think that’s all of them, along with the owner, our kind, patient, knowledgeable, helpful, efficient. My experience this month would have been so different without their support. Thank you UPS Taos!!!
